Reflection on the first draft:
We were asked to create a logo for ourselves, and I instantly thought of something related to the water and my name. Usually people can't pronounce the "K" letter in my name, so I thought it would be ironic if this letter would be present in my logo. I'm using gestalt psychology so that our perception combines the whole from different parts - the wave and the column. The column represent stability, core values, something ancient, elegant, and almost unbreakable, while the wave is flexible, unpredictable, free and full of emotions. And the font I chose is quite classical, as the column.
Reflection on the final logo:
I spent a lot of time working on the logo, but it seems that it hasn't changed that much. I implemented the recommendations our teacher gave us and made the wave more realistic. I decided to leave blue colors, as it's more "me". It was really fun putting my logo on different substrates! I'm glad I learned that cuz I was always wondering how people do that.
